Your food safety systems are required to be compliant under whichever code your are aligned , eg SQF, HACCP for farms and food industry; WQA, Coles if you supply direct; Fresh Care, Aus Qual, Halal, to name a few.

Let me introduce myself, I have years of experience in the general catering business servicing the tourist industry, food production & quality management. Experience in the agri industry, fresh vegetable and fruit production, recently in the nut industry all in the area of quality control & documentation along with administration in local government as a Chief Executive Officer for three local government shires.

I take a very hands on approach in both operations and documentation, as compliance , is to start on ground level in assessment in the codes for food certification and a well prepared audit.

I am a qualified Food Technologist, Lead Food Auditor [ SAI ], a member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology .
My knowledge and experience will enable to assist in the preparation and consultation of food audit preparation .
